We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Pod Point has become the UK’s only electric car charging provider to gain a Which? Trusted Trader approved installation service.
The endorsement for our installation service resulted from a rigorous assessment by Which?. It is for our outstanding end-to-end home electric vehicle (EV) charger installation service, which includes everything from pre-installation guidance to product demos, as well as our expert aftercare service.
It’s a huge achievement as it recognises our excellent customer-focused approach to our installations, which we’re immensely proud of.
It comes hot on the heels of another recent win in a What Car? survey, in which we were voted the 2023 “best home charger provider”, as well as the extension of our standard home charger warranty to 5 years, including both the product and installation.
Who is Which?
Which? is the UK’s largest independent consumer organisation that tests thousands of products, goods, and services to help consumers make informed choices. They also raise awareness of consumer rights and give independent advice, as well as highlighting inferior products or services to protect consumers.
As part of this, they promote numerous other traders through their prestigious Trusted Trader endorsement. Getting an endorsement from Which? is a sign to consumers that the trader is reputable and trusted, helping them choose the right service for them and equally giving the trader due recognition.
To become a Trusted Trader, the service provider has to pass a rigorous assessment which includes an interview, an examination of the business’s procedures, and customer satisfaction.
Why has Pod Point been endorsed?
The evaluation process had a detailed and extensive list of criteria. It gave us the opportunity to show the assessors our entire end-to-end customer experience, and to showcase how we help customers at every step of their electric car journey.
