How long does it take to install a Pod Point home charger?
A standard installation can be completed in as little as 2 hours. For non-standard installation, our team will advise you on what to expect.

What happens if my installation is non-standard?
If after assessing the viability of installing a charger at your home, we deem the install to be non-standard, there will be an additional cost and we will provide you with a tailored quote. If you decide not to proceed, we will refund your £99 one-off fee.

Do I need a wifi connection?
To be eligible for Pod Drive you need to have a stable Wi-Fi connection. This is so we can ensure your car is always charged at the cheapest times, and to send any remote firmware updates to keep your charger up to date.
