Pod partners with Leasing.com to make home charging easy and affordable for its EV customers

Pod is pleased to announce a new partnership with Leasing.com, the UK’s leading leasing comparison website. The collaboration offers Pod’s home EV chargers to Leasing.com’s new and used car leasing audience at a discounted rate, helping more drivers transition seamlessly into electric vehicles.
As more motorists choose electric vehicles via leasing, the need for convenient, affordable and reliable home charging has never been more important. This partnership ensures Leasing.com’s audience can access award-winning home EV chargers at the point of researching and choosing their first or next electric car.
Leasing.com’s customers can get Pod Drive, Pod’s home EV charging subscription, without paying the usual £99 upfront fee, just a simple £40 monthly subscription for a three-year term. The subscription includes a Pod Point home EV charger, Which? accredited installation and up to £170 a year in cash rewards through smart charging.
Alternatively, Leasing.com customers can purchase a Pod Point home EV charger for £899 (discounted by £100). With this option, customers can then opt into Pod Rewards, a programme that pays cash rewards back to customers for smart charging. By simply plugging in, setting a target charge, and letting Pod do the rest, drivers can earn up to £100 a year, while maintaining all the convenience benefits of home EV charging, like waking up to a charged EV everyday.
