Will all cars still charge at peak times when everyone is plugged in? Or is this a first come, first served system?

All cars will receive a charge at all times no matter how many are plugged in on the Array Charging system. This is not a first come, first served system and even at peak times, electricity will be delivered to all cars but at a lower charge rate.
