What is the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) grant?

It offers up to £500 per socket, capped at 40 sockets per applicant across all your sites, including any previous claims, for installations completed on or after 1 April 2026. Once your voucher's issued, you have 180 days to complete the installation. The scheme closes on 31 March 2027.
