What if a driver doesn't have off-street parking?

A home charger needs somewhere private to install it, so that's the starting point, and if there's genuinely nowhere to put one, we'll say so rather than install something that won't work. It's not always a dead end though. If a driver parks on the street, a cross-pavement channel through our partner Kerbocharge can sometimes make a home charger possible, subject to council approval and an extra installation cost on top of the charger itself.
