  1. Complete the free online training to offer a 5-year customer warranty
  2. Once you've completed the training, we’ll share a package of 'Approved Installer' assets you can use on your website.
  3. Download the Installer app and set up your account, ready to commission installs.
  4. If you need technical support, you can call 0207 247 4114 and select option 4, then option 2 to talk to our team.

Note: If your company has more than one electrician, each team member will need to complete the training to qualify for the enhanced 5-year warranty.
