Security updates for your charger

Once connected to Wi-Fi or other internet source, the Pod Point will automatically receive over-the-air updates including any required security updates, meaning it continually benefits from the latest software updates available and stays secure. Pod will support your product with these updates for at least 3 years

Your information – what we hold, what it is used for, and how you can get it deleted

By agreeing to our terms and conditions for the charger and app you give us permission to collect your data, please see Pod | General Ts and Cs for more information. To understand what information we hold, what it is used for and how to get it corrected or deleted please refer to our Privacy Notice.

Sensors

The charger has the ability to respond to external current measurements to protect your electricity supply from overloads. This can take the form of a current clamp or our array controller.

In each case they monitor demand and allow the product to adjust accordingly.
