They also raise awareness of consumer rights and give independent advice, as well as highlighting inferior products or services to protect consumers - and have been for over 60 years!
Getting an endorsement from Which? is a sign to consumers that a trader is reputable and trusted, helping them choose the right service for them and equally giving traders due recognition.
To become a Trusted Trader, a service provider has to pass a rigorous assessment which includes an interview, an examination of the business’s procedures, and customer satisfaction.
