We work out exactly what each driver spent on business charging, based on their real energy tariff and kWh used, not the flat HMRC advisory rate most fleets default to, and pay that straight to their energy supplier, taking it off their own bill so they're never covering it themselves. You get one HMRC-compliant invoice a month for the whole fleet. Getting the number exactly right matters too, overpaying a driver even slightly can create a benefit-in-kind issue for them, so precision here isn't a nice-to-have, it's a requirement.

Most fleets start small. A quick survey of who has off-street parking gets you a shortlist of eligible drivers, and you can roll out to that group first while the rest of the fleet catches up.

The cost depends on your fleet size and mix of vans and cars, so we build the numbers with you rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all price. Most fleets find it cheaper overall than the public charging and admin costs it replaces.

A home charger needs somewhere private to install it, so that's the starting point, and if there's genuinely nowhere to put one, we'll say so rather than install something that won't work. It's not always a dead end though. If a driver parks on the street, a cross-pavement channel through our partner Kerbocharge can sometimes make a home charger possible, subject to council approval and an extra installation cost on top of the charger itself.

Real visibility, not just a bill landing in your inbox once a month. You can add or remove drivers and track install progress as it happens, plus reporting on charging costs by driver or vehicle, usage across the fleet, and carbon data if you need it for ESG.

We run driver webinars covering everything from installation to how reimbursement works, and bust the usual myths along the way (charging overnight is nothing like a slow public charge, and it works fine in the rain). Once a handful of drivers try it and tell the rest of the team, adoption tends to take care of itself.
