Solo charging instructions

Follow the below steps to use a Solo charger

Pod Point app

Connect your charging cable to your EV and the charger.

Connect your charging cable to your EV and the charger.

Charging will start immediately. You have 15 minutes to confirm the charge in-app.

Find your charger in-app

Find your charger in-app

You can either search for the name of the charger or your location details in-app. Your chargers name will be located on front of the charger.

Confirm your charging session

Confirm your charging session

Confirm within 15 minutes via the Pod Point App to carry on charging.

Finish your charging session

Finish your charging session

A flashing green light indicates charging is done. To stop early, disconnect the charging cable.

Unplug the cable from your EV. This will unlock the cable from the charger. How to unlock the cable from your EV will vary depending on the brand.

Plug-in if required

If the Solo is untethered, you will need to plug in your own cable to the charger. If it is tethered, please follow the next steps.

Connect the charging cable to your vehicle, charging will start immediately and the cable will be locked to the vehicle door.

To stop charging early, simply remove the cable from the EV and then the charger.
